We charge a flat cost of $70 per device at RTL Computer Services to provide you with an insurance claim report that includes all of the information that your insurer will require to complete your insurance claim. Please note that we will require your equipment for 1-2 days in order to give you with a full report for your insurance claim

This may entail completely disassembling your laptop, desktop, Mac, PC, tablet or smartphone testing each hardware component (whether it's the motherboard, screen/ display panel, hard drive, etc.) and identifying all damaged items. If necessary, we may also offer photographic documentation.
